SunGard Data Systems To Acquire Rolfe & Nolan For $115 Million

AS RMO went to press, SunGard Data Systems, the Wayne, Pennsylvania-based computer services conglomerate, announced its intention to acquire London-based Rolfe & Nolan (R&N) for $115 million. R&N sells back office software for futures/options processing and a global treasury risk management system dubbed Lighthouse. The new acquisition will be folded into SunGard's trading systems group, overseen by Cristobal Conde.
