Ex-Kidder Peabody Trading Manager Censured For Inadequate Supervision

THE New York Stock Exchange's Division of Enforcement has taken disciplinary action against Melvin Mullin, former head of Kidder Peabody's US government bonds and derivatives trading desks.

Mullin consented without admitting or denying guilt to NYSE findings that he violated exchange rules by failing to properly supervise and control three Kidder Peabody traders: Joseph Jett, Neil Margolin and Peter Bryant.

Each of the three traders manipulated Kidder's trading and accounting systems to falsely
