IMF tells HKMA to focus on op risks and corporate governance
HONG KONG -- In a country report issued at the end of June, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) asked Hong Kong authorities to beef up the special administrative region’s corporate governance regime, and for its financial industry supervisors to provide more guidance on reputational, operational and legal risks.
