BZW Sets Up Risk Advisory Group In London

BZW, the investment banking division of London-based Barclays Bank, has become the latest financial institution to offer risk management consultancy services to its corporate customers.

The bank has appointed Nigel Rankine as head of BZW's risk management advisory service, a newly created position. This advisory group has been under development for the past two years and will use BZW's internally developed risk models to advise clients on currency and interest rate risks.
