Rick Grove has become the International Swaps and Derivatives Association's new executive director and chief executive officer. Grove comes from Paribas Capital Markets in New York, a division of the Paris-based Banque Paribas group.
Grove joined Paribas in 1991 and was named as head of its North American fixed income business last year.
The Royal Bank of Scotland has appointed Trevor Darch as chief operating officer for the bank's treasury and capital markets business.
Darch will be responsible
