SG's Johnson relocates to Paris from Seoul

Nick Johnson has left his role as Seoul-based branch manager of SG Securities, Société Générale's South Korean branch, to become Europe head of the bank's new security and anti-fraud (Safe) department in Paris.

SG set up Safe last year - after Jerome Kerviel's €5 billion fraud emerged in January 2008 - with a global remit to strengthen SG's overall operational security. Johnson is the first head of the new department.

Hanwoo Lee, who was previously chief administrative officer at SG Securities, succeeded Johnson, who left in December.
