Hat trick for Deutsche

This year's top three dealers are unchanged from last year, with Deutsche Bank once again leading the pack. However, recent volatility in the credit markets has created a difficult environment for banks. By Wietske Blees, with research by Xiao-Long Chen

Deutsche Bank has retained top position in Risk's annual interdealer survey, making it three years in a row for the German bank. Deutsche took 11.2% of the total vote this year, a slight improvement on its 10.6% in 2006. Mirroring last year's top three, JP Morgan took second place with 9.8% of the vote, while Goldman Sachs finished third with 9.1%.
