HKEx expands custody and nominee services to OTC structured products central clearing

Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company (HKSCC), a subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges
and Clearing (HKEx), is broadening the asset classes considered eligible for admission into CCASS, the Central Clearing and Settlement System for HKEx’s securities market, with the addition of over-the-counter structured products.

These include equity-linked investments (ELIs) and equity-linked notes (ELNs) authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission.
