Regulatory concerns stall clearinghouse links

Independent global clearinghouse LCH.Clearnet has suspended discussion on bilateral clearinghouse interoperability with European Multilateral Clearing Facility (EMCF) due to concerns of regulators in the U.K. and Holland over the potential systemic risk such a link would cause.
