In a bid to create a global commercial paper market, a standardised documentation has been agreed for use in both the US and European markets.
The Bond Market Association (BMA) and the International Primary Market Association are launching a global commercial paper dealer agreement to reduce the expense and time it takes to set up agreements for each jurisdiction.
