The head of emerging markets research at JPMorgan talks to Dalia Fahmy about how the sector is adapting to the upheaval in the the global markets

Joyce Chang's 18 years in the emerging markets business have seen her rise from an intern position at Salomon Brothers, then to Merrill Lynch and, most recently, JPMorgan, whom she joined in 1999. Now, as head of global emerging markets research and global credit research, she manages over 150 analysts around the world and has been ranked the #1 emerging markets strategist by Institutional Investor over the past 11 years.
