The talk at the Asia Risk 2008 congress firmly focused on the lessons risk managers can learn from the financial turmoil and the future implications for the industry. Speakers and delegates felt a stronger risk management profession would emerge, but accepted that more regulation was inevitable. The Asia Risk team reports
