New ABS and MBS standards
The European Securitisation Forum (ESF) has responded to calls from investors in asset-backed securities for better disclosure by releasing market practice guidelines for the securitisation market.
He explains that the guidelines are a set of recommendations that the forum holds out as best practices for publishing, confirming and comparing information regarding European asset- and mortgage-backed securities.
