Philippines Stock Exchange lays the foundation for ETF listings

Pamilihang Sapi ng Pilipinas (PSE), the Philippines Stock Exchange, has drafted proposed rules for the listing of both exchange-traded funds incorporated and established in the Philippines or in another country. The PSE, which invited comment on the proposed rules from brokers, will also submit them to financial regulator the Securities and Exchange Commission for review and approval.
