UBS is offering US investors an innovative reverse convertible on three single-stock underlyings but high levels of volatility increase the risk to invested capital

UBS has released a short-maturity reverse convertible kickout product for the US market. The product has a maximum maturity of one year and is available in three versions, each linked to a different stock in the form of Medivation, Palo Alto Networks or Range Resources. Capital is at risk, so investors could lose some or all of their capital if kickout does not occur and their chosen stock finishes below the barrier level.

Version one is linked to the stock of biopharmaceutical firm Medivation
