OCC, the Chicago-based equity derivatives clearing house, has seen a raft of personnel changes in recent weeks, with two new senior executives and several new directors joining the board. Principal among them is John Grace (pictured), who has joined the central counterparty as chief risk officer from reinsurance giant AIG. Craig Donohue, the former CME Group chief executive who joined OCC as executive chairman last year, is widely cited by industry participants as the architect of the changes.
