FVC review: Investec’s five-year FTSE growth plan

Investec Structured Products has issued a capital-protected five-year FTSE 100 growth plan. The product, which will strike on March 2, will use averaging rather than a point-to-point valuation to determine final returns

Markets news
Digital payout is linked to the FTSE 100

Investec Structured Products has created a principal-protected product with a digital-style payout linked to the FTSE 100 index. It offers a fixed return of 17.5% if, at maturity, the final index level is at or above its initial level. There is also the potential for additional returns if the value of the underlying asset rises above the digital level. If the index rises by more than 17.5% from its initial level, the investor will receive the performance of the index instead of the fixed return
