BNP Paribas gets ETFs under way in the US with dynamic roll commodities strategy

BNP Paribas has debuted its first ETF in the US, utilising the dynamic roll strategy to offer investors efficient commodity exposure

The door opens for BNP Paribas ETFs in the US

BNP Paribas has made its entry into the US exchange-traded fund (ETF) market with the listing of the Stream S&P Dynamic Roll Global Commodities Fund on the NYSE Arca, on the back of demand for commodity allocation.

While commodity appetite is still large in the US, because investors are still under-allocated to this asset class, according to Fabrice Hugon, head of structured equity sales, Americas at BNP Paribas in New York, the performance of the asset class has dipped over the last two weeks
