High rates of return from Barclays

Barclays Bank is offering the highest rates of return in the structured products filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17. The bank's digital product linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 is offering investors 16–20% if the trigger level of 100% is reached. The 1.5-year product caters to those with a considerable risk appetite, since principal is at risk if the final level of the index is lower than 90% of the initial strike level.
