US ETPs garner strong inflows in January

January represented an all-time high to the start of the year for US exchange-traded products (ETPs), as assets under management (AUM) increased by 8.5% to exceed $1 trillion, according to a Deutsche Bank report.

"Better-than-expected economic data underpinned the recovery sentiment in the US; while the belief that Europe will be able to manage the crisis and avoid any sort of default-driven ripple effects helped to keep things under control on the other side of the Atlantic," states the bank in
