The potential for further investigation and regulation of strategy indexes remains under the review of the European Securities and Markets Authority (Esma). Clarification from the regulator is expected after it has scrutinised the responses to a discussion paper on Ucits exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and structured Ucits published on July 22 this year.
