Bright horizons: the US market is back on its feet

The US structured products industry has recovered its stride, with issuance volumes rising, new underlyings in circulation, open architecture in demand and a vibrant outlook for the future. The drawbacks are dominated by a sometimes bleak anticipation of what the regulators may unveil, as well as deepening concern for the poor level of understanding consistently demonstrated in the media.
