Powershares list 39 ETFs on Bolsa Mexicana

PowerShares identifies potential in the Mexican market

Invesco PowerShares has cross-listed 39 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in Mexico in a bid to boost its assets in the country, which currently total well in excess of $1 billion.

The ETFs starting trading on the Bolsa Mexicana yesterday, bringing the ETF providers' listings there to 49. Ben Fulton, managing director head of global ETFs at Invesco PowerShares in Illinois, says there is a lot of potential in the market.
