RBS partners with Incapital to boost US retail operations

Royal Bank of Scotland is stepping up its retail structured products operations in the US by teaming up with distributor Incapital

Royal Bank of Scotland has embarked on a distribution partnership with Incapital as part of its efforts to expand its business and build up its presence in the US retail market.

The bank will start by distributing its Retail Corporate Notes through Incapital, but it is also in discussions about including other retail investment products and possibly other partnerships.

Royal Bank of Scotland officially rebranded its US business in June this year, having been operating under the ABN Amro brand
