Kempen property basket includes new risk measure

Dutch bank Kempen and Co's property product includes a risk indicator so that risk averse investors know exactly what type of risk they are taking on

Kempen and Co provides access to property market

Netherlands-based merchant bank Kempen, part of Van Lanschot, has created a new product based on a basket of property companies that includes a risk measure in the brochure so that investors are better informed of the risks involved.

The underlying basket consists of six property investment companies, the same basket which was used in the bank's last product. The basket has risen in value by almost 19% since the note was launched less than three months ago.

The new product has been tweaked to
