Arc launches latest Fixed Income Plan with higher and cautious options

Arc Capital and Income has released its five-year Fixed Income Plan 10, based on the FTSE 100 and S&P 500 indexes. The higher income option delivers 0.65% a month, equal to 8.08% annually, while the cautious income option provides 0.57% a month, equivalent to 7.06% annually. The higher income option returns initial investment in full at maturity, provided the final levels of both the indexes are not more than 30% below their initial levels.

The cautious income option returns investment in full, as long as the indexes are not more than 50% below their initial levels. If the indexes fall below the 30% and 50% barriers, capital repayment is based on the worst performing index, reducing 1:1. The income payments are fixed and remain unaffected by movements in the indexes.
