Fulcrum Group in Butterfield link-up

Fund administrator Fulcrum Group is to merge with Butterfield Fund Services, an administrator for investment and pension funds. Subject to relevant approvals, the new entity will be called Butterfield Fulcrum Group (BFG) and be based in Bermuda.
