Owned by the Spanish savings banks, Ahorro y Titulizacion (AyT) is Spain's largest securitisation company in terms of transaction volumes. AyT is overseen by Spain's financial regulator, the Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores, and is an active member of the Spanish fixed-income market trade body, the AIAF (Asociacion de Intermediarios de Activos Financieros, or Association for Financial Asset Intermediaries).
