Deutsche's Risk Structure To Dominate In Bankers Merger

FRANKFURT--Following Deutsche Bank's announced deal to acquire New York-based Bankers Trust for $10.1 billion, sources say risk managers at Bankers were given a "bearish" view of their future with the German bank. These sources say Bankers' risk management operation may lose autonomy to Deutsche. Officials from Bankers and Deutsche decline to comment on such assertions.
