Like the other major index providers, we have seen demand centre around the large-cap, headline indexes. It is these benchmark indexes that have captured the interest of not only investors but also issuers of structured products and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). However, running in parallel is the growing demand for alternative indexes, which are based on untapped regions
