Romanian wind farm to be largest in Europe

European utility giant CEZ Group has bought two adjacent wind farms in Romania from Eastern European renewables developer Continental Wind Partners (CWP).

CEZ Group plans to invest €1.1 billion ($1.6 million) in the project that will form the largest onshore wind farm in Europe with a total capacity of 600 megawatts.
