GlobalView to offer SSY tanker data
Tanker data from shipbroker Simpson, Spence & Young (SSY) will become available through data management provider GlobalView’s MarketView solution.
MarketView, a web-based energy market information service, will give customers access to SSY clean (refined products) and dirty (oil) tanker spot rates for various routes and cargo sizes globally.
SSY has helped promote the development of trading in forward freight agreements, and its tanker data has become a leading global source of shipping information. “SSY data represents an industry standard
