People: Morgan Stanley sees raft of commodities exits

A number of senior bankers across Morgan Stanley’s commodities and energy lending units in the US are leaving the bank

Managing director Rogger Alvarado, the New York-based oil and natural gas veteran, is leaving Morgan Stanley after 19 years. Alvarado joined the US bank in 1997 from Connecticut-based commodity trading firm Phibro, where he started his energy career in 1989.
