Lionel Lemaiale is a senior associate professor at Department of Economics at Nantes Université and researcher at Laboratory of Economics and Management Nantes-Atlantique. He holds a Phd in economics on environmental policy assessment and has published in Energy Policy, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Review and Research Policy. He is director of the Master of energy economics and environment at Nantes Université and is involved in many projects on renewables and nuclear power, flexibility markets and smart grids, hydrogen economy with input-output models, power plant dispatching with partial equilibrium models and energy storage evaluation.
