Dennis Yi Ding
Dennis Ding is an investment banker at Qatalyst Partners, a global, independent M&A advisory firm that provides high impact strategic and financial advice to senior management and boards of technology companies. Dennis joined Qatalyst in May 2015, and since then, he has advised Linear Technology on its $16.2 billion sale to Analog Devices, and QLogic’s on its $1.4 billion sale to Cavium. Prior to Qatalyst, Dennis was an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in its Technology Investment Banking Group. His transaction experience there includes Alibaba’s $25 billion IPO and Qualcomm’s $2.5 billion acquisition of CSR. Dennis graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University, where he received a B.Sc. in Finance from the Leavey School of Business, and a B.S. in Mathematics.
