Arjan Bakker has ten years' experience as ORM manager on various product lines within commercial and retail banking (e.g. Mortgages, Securities, Savings, Corporate Lending, Structured Finance and Lease). His focus was on the implementation of a sound embedded risk management framework which enables first line management to take the driver seat in managing their risks. He is currently responsible, at the corporate level, for NFR Framework policy and Management Information. His main interests are in the banking area where risk management, corporate strategy, performance management and change management are intertwined.
