Rodica Loisel is senior associate professor at Department of Economics at Nantes Université in France and at Laboratory of Economics and Management Nantes-Atlantique. She holds a Phd in economics on general equilibrium modelling and has published in Energy Policy, Renewable Energy, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Applied Energy, International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control, Climate Policy, Climatic Change and Post-Communist Economies. She is involved in energy transition projects on energy communities, smart grids, hydrogen infrastructure designs, power market regulation, off-shore wind power deployment and renewables and nuclear interaction assessment.
