Janina Engel
Janina Engel is a graduate programme participant at the European Central Bank, Directorate Risk Management, and holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich. Previously, she was working as a scientific researcher in the Finance and Economy Unit at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. Her research aims to support EU policymakers on a broad range of topics including financial stability, wealth inequality and risk management via quantitative models in network theory, probability theory and statistics.
