Daniel Møller Sneum

Daniel Møller Sneum has an MSc in Energy Planning and Management and is a former analyst and consultant in IEA, Green Energy and PlanEnergi. Daniel conducts his PhD-studies within the Energy Economics and Regulation-group at DTU Management Engineering. His focus is on flexibility in the energy system, particularly the heat-electricity interface, and how this is facilitated through markets and regulation. This research is primarily conducted in the auspices of the Flex4RES-project, funded by Nordic Energy Research. Daniel’s experience in energy analyses spans the fields of engineering, policy and economy: Flexibility in energy systems, strategic energy planning, district heating planning, and feasibility studies. His methods span qualitative studies as well as quantitative analyses, including modelling on plant- to system scale.
