Erlis Ruli is a Postdoctoral Reaserch Fellow at the Department of Statistical Sciences, University of Padua. He got a Ph.D in Statistics at the University of Padova in 2014. He is author and reviewer of several articles on Bayesian statistics. His research interests span from Bayesian asymptotic expansion methods to Monte Carlo approximations, with particular emphasis on models with intractable likelihoods and applications on finance, biology and life sciences.
