What is the GDV's mission and how do you see yourself reconciling various diverse strands of your membership?

Our mission is to provide the best service to our members, firstly via lobbying - this is an ever-growing issue of national, European and international institutions - and secondly via service. So we are both a lobbying and a service organisation. We represent between 98-99% of the German insurance market. If you compare this to the banking side where we see
