Key Recovery, Key Europe, Chris Jones - April 2006

Key Asset Management’s funds of hedge funds have generated healthy returns, satisfied investors and, in the case of Key Recovery, won Hedge Funds Review’s award for the bestperforming specialist FoHF over three years on a risk-adjusted basis (2005). David Walker spoke withChris Jones, Key’s man with the medals.

London’s Key Asset Management has built a number of successful niches for itself in strategy and regionally specific funds of hedge funds, moving into single strategy multi-manager products in some cases years ahead of their competition.

While Key’s activities extend beyond these products – 25% of its assets are in niche FoHFs – two products have caught the eye with recent performance and future promise.
