Champagne performance at Charlemagne

London emerging markets managers Charlemagne Capital have seen steady returns from the OCCO Asia hedge fund, while adding other emerging market products to its suite.

Charlemagne Capital's OCCO Asia Fund has produced annualised returns of 12.23% in the past two years and 11.66% since February 1999, when Julian Mayo became the manager of the fund.

Under the stewardship of Julian Mayo and Yvonne Yeoh, the volatility of the fund, operating in a region known as much for its rocky ride as potential profits, has been kept well below the 12% standard deviation limit.
