Nevsky Fund (USA) - July 2008

The Nevsky Fund, launched on September 29, 2000, is a Cayman based open-ended investment company listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The fund, denominated in US dollars and offering a hedged euro share class, is currently closed to investors.

The investment objective is to maximise absolute returns be taking long and short positions in the securities of global issuers with a core emphasis on securities of issuers in global emerging markets or issuers with a significant economic exposure to those regions established elsewhere.

The fund may invest in listed and unlisted, rated and unrated equity and debt securities, futures, options, warrants, OTC derivatives and cash. However, the fund invests mainly in local equity and depository
