Institutional investors are continuing their entry into hedge funds, according to the latest report from Investor Source, as Georgina Kenyon reports

A sympathetic legal and regulatory climate in Europe has resulted in a sharp increase in the number of pension funds considering hedge funds, and in particular funds of hedge funds, as a viable investment class for their portfolios, according to Investor Source's second-quarter survey of the investment climate.
