Anglo Irish Bank is a bespoke business bank with a private banking arm. The bank, established in 1964, became a publicly quoted company in 1971 (Dublin and London Stock Exchanges). The vast majority (85%) of its shares are held by domestic and international institutions.

The bank provides business banking, treasury and wealth management services from Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Sligo and Limerick. In the UK it has a presence in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Banbury, Glasgow
