Regulators consider opening hedge funds up to retail investors

Hedge fund operators ready themselves for momentus operational changes to their marketing strategies

A discussion paper due for release by th UK's Financial Services Authority this summer could take the first tentative steps toward allowing hedge funds to be marketed directly to its retail public.
