Value Partners uses data from Macau’s hotels to get a head start on estimating gaming revenue

Investors in Macau’s listed casino operators have long relied on forecasts of gaming revenue for a steer on which operators to back. But one fund manager has come up with its own data model to make earlier predictions of casino takings and get a head start on competitors.
