Ronald Huisman - Erasmus University

Ronald Huisman is associate professor at the Erasmus School of Economics at the Erasmus University where he teaches and researches topics in financial economics and more specifically energy finance.

His research interests are energy price dynamics, energy market microstructure, energy portfolio and risk management, and financing (renewable) energy assets. Ronald publishes his research in various international academic journals.

He previously worked at Maastricht University where he obtained a PhD in financial economics. Ronald is the co-founder and partner of Energy Global, an energy portfolio management company based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
