Neh Thaker, London-based managing director and global head of structured rates and currencies trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has left the bank. His plans are not yet known.

Thaker's departure follows that of David Gu, head of global rates and currencies and co-head of global markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The bank announced in June that Gu would retire from the bank after more than 15 years of service. He subsequently joined hedge fund Capula Investment Management in London.

BAML declined to comment on Thaker's departure.
